Their prompt communication, detailed explanations, personal meetings, expansive portfolio and transparent pricing led us to pick them for our large renovation project. Our project was begun and completed on schedule. All work was built and finished to a high quality standard. The estimation and design process was clear, and the final cost of the project (barring any customer changes) was clearly stated prior to work beginning. Basement Masters accommodated our needs, and were polite and informative as we reviewed each construction step in the process in detail. Once work was under way, Pavel was easily accessible for any concerns about how something was done, or a request to change something on our end. As with any construction project of this size, things don't always go according to plan--but when there were issues, Pavel resolved our concerns in each case. The resolution always met or exceeded our expectations. We were extremely impressed that while there were design changes during construction, Basement Masters finished our project prior to the quoted date. The Basement Masters team is talented and experienced. The team made a number of very informed recommendations that we hadn't even considered.
